Monolicht luminaires are designed so that individual components can be replaced – driver, LED module, optic or glass. You keep your lighting and only replace what is faulty.
Even so, the whole installation is often replaced: because spare parts are missing, because nobody is responsible, or because the model is no longer on the market. That is exactly where we come in.
A driver gives out, an LED module flickers – the rest of the installation works perfectly. Replacing everything would be disproportionate.
Discontinued by the manufacturer, no documentation, no contact person. Buying new seems to be the only option.
Unclear responsibility, open timeline, unknown costs – in the end people go for new.
Our luminaires are modular and assembled with releasable connections. That makes the following components individually replaceable:

Modular construction with releasable connections – every component is individually accessible.
No open questions: you receive the diagnosis, cost estimate and date before we repair.
You report the fault – with a photo and, if available, the luminaire type or project reference. We identify the luminaire.
We identify the faulty component, check availability and report the cost estimate and duration.
Component replacement in house or spare part delivery to your electrician – whichever is faster.
Function test, return delivery and – on request – an on-site check after installation.
Replacing one component instead of the whole luminaire – housing, optic and installation stay in service.
Repair instead of new purchase and reinstallation: usually a fraction of the replacement investment.
No mix of colours or shapes in the room – the installation stays consistent, even years later.
We develop and manufacture in Switzerland – which is why we know every luminaire we have delivered.
„We build luminaires that can be opened. That is not a marketing idea, it is an engineering decision.”
Send us a photo and the luminaire type – we will come back with a diagnosis and cost estimate.
